We bought a powerful Carrier unit. We installed very high in my near my ceiling and it required a scaffold and 4 men. This was the most professional and clean job I could have imagined. We had previously agreed on a price which Excel met. I consequently gave them my annual maintenance on all my units. Great company. Great job."

"My last H VAC Technician requested I pay to have a new line system (copper pipes) replaced because there were leaks. Roger insisted over the phone that he would have to test the system before he replace them with new copper pipes. He tested the system and found no leaks on the pipes. Completed the task by adding Freon and coming back 3x this week to test for Freon leakage and measure the pressure levels. Everything remain the same reading. There were no leaks. My husband and I thought he was professional, honest and courteous and we thanked him for a job well done. I will hire him for the next H VAC project."

"They replaced a tankless water heater in my home. I had a mixed experience with them. â On the plus side, they gave me the best price, they were on time, and very neat. â On the negative side, installer did not seem familiar with the product, could not answer questions (I had to call manufacturer) and initially tried to install, without replacing the existing (12 year old wires) which were too short due as configuration had changed slightly. â I stated several times I was not comfortable with pulling and stretching wires to make them fit. Only when I made it very clear I was not going to accept ... did they contact another team who came out and put in new wires that were long enough. Its been a couple weeks, so far so good. I am keeping an eagle eye on the unit. I paid over $1300.00, this was not a small budget job. I feel my concerns over stretching old wires are/were valid, other wise I would have rated higher. I did purchased the lifetime service plan. Moving forward, I will always request a different person than the guy who did my install."
