I already left a review for the first job, and this is for the 2nd job which made the old tile that he had steam cleaned. now looks like a new tile and grout. I left this positive review the other day for the wrong company, my error. My work was done twice in 2 different jobs by Paul Etheridge the owner of Surface Experts. I am not aware that I have received the reimbursement from Angie's list. I will be moving forward and using Rugrats for addl upholstery and rug cleaning."

"We had a great experience with this service provider. The provider did a free estimate which only took a day or so to get. Once scheduled they showed up on time and were very professional. Our terrazzo floors were definitely in need of a good cleaning everyday wear and tear had finally took it's toll on these once amazing floors. The service provider was very efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. We will be recommending his company to our neighbors and friends. We have since had all the carpet and flooring done at our offices."

"Even after an equipment breakdown that delayed the process, l would say okay. However, I now have grout lines darker than before the cleaning in some spots of my kitchen floor. The tile is clean but that was not the point of the engagement for me...it was to have the grout restored to its original color which they told me would be the result. Now that the grout is sealed I am unsure if it can be "undone". Overall disappointing results but a nice guy that did the work."
