"I’ve used SILA for my yearly heating maintenance. The technician ( Adnan) was great and responsive to my concerns. He first asked me if I have any questions or concerns regarding my heating unit. I had told him my electric bill was higher than previous year & unit seemed it would shut down frequently. "It was quite a surprise to find black mold growing in our mini-split heat-pump/ac units over the weekend! The situation was quite dire with the system emitting a bad smell and the fact that I have asthma and mold allergies which posed a serious health risk! After being told by the company that originally installed the system, “We don’t provide deep cleaning service for these units, try looking on Angie’s List (boo on Sila!)” I landed here. While other companies did respond to my bid, Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning was the most responsive and was able to send out a team on one day’s notice (the wait for other service providers was up to three weeks!). The tech team, Josh and Zack, arrived on time and called me 1/2 before arrival as promised. They were very respectful, kept a clean work space and (since we are in the middle of a pandemic) wore masks and were very careful about the usual COVID protocols. The four units in our home are now SPARKLING CLEAN! We are 110% pleased with this job!! We will hire Atlantic as need be in the future for our heating and cooling needs. I have given up on the company that originally installed the units and will post a truthful review about them in an appropriate space online. I would definitely recommend Atlantic to family and friends. (photos attached to this review show one of the units before cleaning - did not think to take after pictures. Suffice it to say, no more mold:)"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
