"I hired this company to Indy my air conditioner , it was represented by Tom . Hi seemed very nice and intelligent person , so I trusted him . If I only can imagine what they would do to my house I would never let this people close to my house . I am very disappointed and shocked about coming to my home and finding the disturbing mess and unprofessional work done. I have witnessed a few things in the previous days but have not said anything. What I came home to yesterday was disgusting and caused damage to my personal property. Oil was thrown into my shower, dirt all over my rugs in the basement, door broken, my towels beyond filthy with the mess your workers did. After reaching out to several companies for estimates, we chose M&R to replace our 50-year-old boiler. Tom was the first to arrive to assess the situation and provide an estimate. Once we decided to move forward, M&R was responsive and punctual with their appointments. The team handling the installation consisted of Dex, Jake, Josh, and Tony. "I hired northeast heating and cooling to replace my aging heating A/C system. This was a fairly large job, seeing it was a Multi floor house with two independent systems running both upstairs and the main floor. They also explained to me how adding a heat pump system to the house would help make heating my house less expensive during fall and spring. They replaced the entire upstairs duct work and reconfigured the entire house to run balanced and efficient.
