"AirTech and Mark Miller responded by calling me almost immediately after my online inquiry to Home Advisor's for service on my gas furnace. It was on December 23rd, Saturday approximately 6pm. He came within the hour and fixed the problem with my furnace. Considering a weekend, after hours and also a holiday weekend at that, extremely reasonable price. I would use them again and I would recommend them highly, as well."

"I hired this company to Indy my air conditioner , it was represented by Tom . Hi seemed very nice and intelligent person , so I trusted him . If I only can imagine what they would do to my house I would never let this people close to my house . I am very disappointed and shocked about coming to my home and finding the disturbing mess and unprofessional work done. I have witnessed a few things in the previous days but have not said anything. What I came home to yesterday was disgusting and caused damage to my personal property. Oil was thrown into my shower, dirt all over my rugs in the basement, door broken, my towels beyond filthy with the mess your workers did. Oil dumped all over my shower and me getting dizzy from the smell and almost fainted. I do not need to write anymore as the evidence with pictures explains everything. This is the first time I have experienced such terrible customer service. When I asked them to came and fix a problem which was also don by the company they simply said to me Goodby , we do not care about it à ¢à  à  please didnà ¢à  à  t trust this people you can call me and ask me about the horrible damage they did to my house 203-243-0946 . The drain system was not install correctly and now I have pay almost the amount I paid for their job"

"This is THE WORST company that I have ever dealt with! I?ve had to report them to the BBB several times since I replaced my HVAC system in 2022. The first issue was with the filter slot. The installers didn?t make it wide enough for the filter, forced one in, and when I had to change the filter it wouldn?t come out. Placed a call to the company SEVERAL times to have the issue addressed but each time they cancelled at the last minute. Once I contacted the BBB, someone was sent to fix the problem their installers created. Every appointment I have made for routine maintenance also gets cancelled at the last minute, on the day of the appointment. I have found a reputable company to obtain maintenance on my HVAC. I am writing this review as a cautionary warning about this company. The are all liars from management to customer service. And don?t even try to get a supervisor or manager in the phone because it?s a waste of time. None are ever available. Their commercials are false advertising"

"Recently, during the cold spell, our boiler began acting up, turning on intermittently with just a little nudge each day. After reaching out to several companies for estimates, we chose M&R to replace our 50-year-old boiler. Tom was the first to arrive to assess the situation and provide an estimate. Once we decided to move forward, M&R was responsive and punctual with their appointments. The team handling the installation consisted of Dex, Jake, Josh, and Tony. They were professional, respectful of our property, and made sure to clean up the area around the boiler. The installation was completed in one day. Tony also stopped by twice to check on the progress and made adjustments to sync up our zones. We are very happy with the work and professionalism of the entire team and are glad to recommend M&R to anyone in need of heating repair or replacement. "

"We had a furnace installed by Harp on July 8th 2024 after it being diagnosed by their technician as to the reason our ac system was not functioning properly. That’s when our troubles with Harp began. The installation was not done properly, we needed 3 service calls to get the ac to work properly. The installers were sloppy. We cleaned up screws and wire and parts from the old furnace for weeks. When heating season began we noticed that the humidifier installed with the furnace was not operating. We scheduled an appointment to have it repaired and they called the day of the appointment and told us they couldn’t come that day and we had to reschedule, so reluctantly we did. They finally came and repaired it. From what the technician told me it was not wired properly. On January 21st 2025( the coldest night of the year) the furnace stopped working. We called Harp to get someone to come to repair it as we had no heat in below 0º weather I was told the best they could do is to come the next day between 2 and 6 pm. I tried to explain that this was an emergency but to no avail. I called my local oil company and they were at my door within 30 minutes( which I would’ve expected from the company who sold us the furnace) the repaired it quickly and told us that one f the wires on the control panel was not attached properly. It cost me $300. I would NOT recommend Harp to anyone. They are not reliable and do not stand behind their promises of service 24/7. Stay as far away from this company as possible. We are sorry we ever started with them."

"Extremely well. Eli responded very promptly to our inquiry. He came to the house and did appropriate assessments . He gave us several options for what we needed. He came as scheduled to install the system, and followed up on several minor details even after he had been paid in full. I give this business my full endorsement."
