He cut the root away from the line and turned out water off to save us water and money. All done professionally and cordially. Cons: He arrived very late in the afternoon and didn’t have the right size pipe (1 in diameter) to make the repair so I had to have another repairman come out the next day and finish the job."

While no blockage or obstacle was found, Robert was able to release the pressure and we have full drainage as of now. Really appreciate the immediacy of solving the immediate problem right away! Unfortunately, I'm a bit concerned the core issue wasn't identified or resolved, so the likelihood of a recurrence seems higher than desired, but I remain hopeful.
