"They were able to come out a day early and service my A/C unit. He located the source of the issue, showed it to me (which is a plus), and then took the appropriate steps to resolve the problem. He also gave me some tips on how to improve my efficiency and for preventive maintenance. I would use this company again when the time arises."

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
