He did a very detailed drawing of the house with where the tiers would go. Theirs was a much more reasonable plan. Price is a little high. He had to cancel the first appointment. He said they had an emergency out of town with a company. He apologized over and over. He was articulate. Answered every since question without any hesitancy. He showed us a video online about the company and how they are installing piers in a persons home."
