"Very well, we were pleased with the results and recommend their services"

"n. A new tenant is moving into an unoccupied house we own. She had family staying there the night before move-in (after notifying us) and they informed us that the furnace was producing no heat. we contacted the gas company and they sent a man out to check, and he confirmed that not only was the igniter bad, but when he did the mandatory safety check he discovered that the heat exchanger was cracked, rendering the furnace dangerous to use.
We called up Angies List on the computer  and started going down the list of heating and cooling companies; Ranger said that they had had a cancellation the next day, and could a rep over to give an estimate that afternoon, with install the next morning!
Jeremy came over for the estimate, arriving a little earlier than the original estimate. He looked over the installation site, and gave us our options, including advising us that the two more expensive models were probably not necessary for a relatively small house. The paperwork was signed, and an appointment was made for approximately 9 AM the next morning, with estimated time of completion at 1 PM.
At a bout 8 Am we received a call that the crew was on their way, and would it be a problem if they started early? We called the tenant's sister (staying in house to help with move) and she said that they would be up and about, and the quicker the better, so we said "sure."
At about 10:30, we got a call that the work was complete--2 and a half hours early!
As we arrived we were met in the driveway by Brandon. He took us inside, putting on boot covers before entering the home. He explained to us exactly what was done, including what older parts were reused and which new ones were installed; he also made sure we knew where the literature/manual was stored, and the service sticker. The work area looked vary clean to us, and the tenant's sister confirmed that they had been vary careful to lay down floor covers, and to clean up after the job was done. (The dogs also seemed to be happy with Brandon.)
While we recognize that we got lucky to have been able to find a business that was able to get us into their schedule so quickly, we are very happy with the work done and would definitely recommend them to any friends and neighbors who needed a furnace or water heater installed.

"They came when they said they would. They were nice and diagnosed the problem quickly. I will enter service contract with them. They were very nice."

"you can't go wrong bringing your car to these folks for ANY kind of service;.  You are always going to get an honest answer!!"

"G&S Heating is the best of the best! They just replaced our 1995 Lennox furnace that they installed with a 2020 Lennox furnace. The crew was phenomenal in craftsmanship and attitude. Our furnace is in the tight crawl space under our home which is a pain in the @#*! They really worked well together and it was so cool to learn that one of the guy's father had installed our furnace back in 1995 and he is still with G&S! Their entire operation focuses on customer service and satisfaction from the phone contacts to the sales reps to the job planners and finally the installers! I am giving G&S my highest recommendation and will have them install our new Kohler 20KW whole house generator soon. Thank you G&S... Tom H"

"I called Washington Energy Services with questions about Navien tankless water heaters. Tristan called me back nearly immediately and thoroughly and patiently answered all the questions I had more specifically in relation to the Navien NPE 240A versus the Navien NPE 240S units. I truly appreciate his efforts and would not hesitate to refer the expertise of Washington Energy Services to any of my family, friends or colleagues. Thank you Tristan!"

"Great service and work. Simon was professional, friendly, and informational. He showed me the before and after pics of my vent. He also gave me great tips on filters and vent covers. I was initially a little confused on how a $69 promo deal to clean all vents ended up to be a lot more, but Simon left the workorder out so that I could understand how the estimate was calculated (just verbally discussing wasn’t making sense at first.) I also don’t know much about vents so I didn’t know what questions to ask or what was part of the $69 promo. I feel Simon has educated me enough so that I know more of what to expect on my next cleaning."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"When I first called to make an appointment I expected to leave a message but someone answered right away and I booked a day and date in no time. So that was great! The day of the service Jacob called to say he would be running late and he arrived in the time frame he said. He explained everything very thoroughly. I have a dog and a cat so I had to keep an eye on them while he did all that work because there would be a back door left open where the hose would be fed through. It took him about 2-3 hours. He also explained and showed me how to clean the air filters. He also showed me a few items that he found while cleaning the ducts. I purchased the service through Angie's list and I also paid an extra $25 per bathroom fan to be cleaned. I would use their services again."

"So far, it has been an amazing experience. The whole team has been super responsive and professional. They said they would arrive at 8:00 am and they did! So refreshing! The crew they sent out were professional and did beautiful work. Still have one or two items to cross off once the dry wall is put in. Would absolutely use them again. I wanted to particularly thank Tom who was the lead at our site. He had a great sense of humor about our little barky dog and grumpy kid. Photos posted below are a before and after. The crazy panel was before. The flush panel is after."
