"We met with Barbara, the sales consultant, who was very thorough. She came to our residence, measured our room, and provided us examples of other systems that she had designed. At this meeting she also provided us with an initial design and gave us options on materials for the cabinets/shelving and counter-tops. <br /> In a few days she provided us with more formal plans. We met with her again and made the final modifications that allowed us to meet our budget for the work. She also suggested a counter-top that complimented our floors. Barbara provided us with a timeline for the installation - 6 weeks out. <br /> The installers came on schedule and did an excellent job. They were very neat and professional and installed the system in less than two days. <br /> The office looks better than we imaged and is very functional. Several of our friends and neighbors have commented on how good it looks. <br />"

"Jim was great to work with, he listened, he anticipated needs, but did not oversell things that I did not need.  Cabinets were excellent. <br /> From pictures on his website, I knew he could do the work, but he was willing to talk through the process which showed he was willing to work with me to get me what I wanted.  He sent me progress pictures, delivery was smooth. <br /> After install, I wanted an additional shelf, and mistakenly told him one style vs. the original style.  Despite my mistake, his company was more than happy to remake it for free.  Very happy with the overall experience. <br /> I do hope to commission future projects with Jim again. <br />"
