They were able to to resolve the problem by making some changes to the duct work and adding some different vents into the rooms (at an additional cost, but still affordable). 5 months later and the rooms are much better. The repair was still very expensive, but I didn't have time to shop around for low-ball bids, I was without service. I'd still recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and even more strongly recommend requesting Gary, he was awesome."
