He even encouraged us to come to the masonry supply store with him to see the stones in person to make sure we liked what we were getting. James and his team also helped us solve some drainage issues in the backyard, repaired our side stairs and replaced the stucco, and fixed some issues with our front walk. Even when unexpected scenarios came up, they were handled thoughtfully and efficiently. Everyone was very friendly and worked really well together. They were complete professionals! I had a few small additional things I wanted him to do and he did them without any new charges. It has now been about a month since he did the job and we have had two big rain storms and our basement is completely dry thanks to Alex's great work.
