They provided a list of contractors, and after numerous calls finally got through to a contractor that understood the program. Greg thoroughly explained the process, and even walked me the process, guiding us through from initial application process to final walkthrough. When Greg came out to assess our situation, he was very professional and extremely honest. He offers the best prices and uses high quality brands. His experience speaks for itself, he was the only contractor who told us we can install a tankless water heater. Additionally, he was able to help us with our failing furnace and provided one of the top systems for an extremely reasonable price. His staff is professional and clean. They put cover grip cloths to protect the floors, and were very careful when handling the equipment. Before installing the furnace and air purifier he performed a full duct cleaning. His staff was nothing short of excellent; they team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and the results speak for themselves. The level of communication speaks for itself, any questions or concerns we had Greg took the time to address and ensure we were completely satisfied.
