"The reason I first hire them is to look at the boiler to reconnect the pipe so I can get it tested. The plumber came and he told me he does not do that work. They lock you in with the deposit and so you use it or loose it. The work that was done was okay. To reconnect two 1.5" drain pipes for $450.00 is a lot of crap. I would not hire anyone that would ask for a deposit, for it is the games that they play. Use it and they still charge you more for the job."

"Mike is Great! First of all the guy calls you back before 5pm the THE DAY YOU CALL. I called around 3pm. Received a call before 5pm. Another plumber called me back 2 days later! Mike got me right on schedule for that week, came over, quickly diagnosed the problem was a cracked pipe and fixed it. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY HIRE HIM AGAIN. Petey and his assistant went above and beyond the scope of work, carting the old sink away instead of leaving it for this old lady to deal with; also moving the heavy cooktop to a safer location than I was going to have it. I thought the job to reconnect and instal everything was going to take much longer but he had it done in less than 40 minutes- start to finish- which included checking to make sure the cooktop worked, the gas was connected properly with no leaks, the water ran well with no leaks, and that I was pleased with the job.
