"Spectacular Refrig/Freezer repair July 4th 8:30 AM I used BK Appliance and Bernard Kariuki was spectacular. I called at 930 PM Friday July 3 and BK came to my home at 830 AM Saturday July 4 and masterfully repaired my 30 year old Norge Refrigerator/Freezer that had stopped cooling. All other contractors on the HomeAdvisor list had answering machines. BK answered the phone. The repair required parts which he crafted to fit my very old frig. He was spectacular in every way."

I ran a large mechanical contracting business for years so understand this business. Guy ran through his checks on what is a fairly complex home system. He pointed out problems that were minor, major, or had the potential to be major. We discussed options and timing. Since our system is old, it will be difficult to repair some of the parts and pieces while others would be fairly standard. We may want to look at a new system this summer to avoid a major problem during a future heating season. I will definitely be talking to Sila."
