"The price wasn't the lowest -Their service was fine, but the job they did was ok."

"Mark came out to our home to test our water and review the water softener systems available. He was very professional and did not pressure us in any way. He was very responsive to a follow up question. Colton installed our system the next week and he also was a very professional and pleasant individual to work with. We've had the system up and running for 5 days now. What a difference! I highly recommend this company."

"Casey did a great job… very professional… he replaced our hot water heater and replaced some faucets… we highly recommend him!!!"

"I was called back and told I was overcharged and would receive a check in the Mail. The price for the service was high, I never received the check. The quality of work was good though."

"I have called this company to repair a leaky toilet as well as repair to my water heater. In both instances, they responded quickly, were professional, friendly, and able to expertly make the needed repairs. I highly recommend Brock Mechanical and going forward will choose to call on them for needed services."

"Fantastic! Very quick response on a Saturday. Tyrone was close by and quickly came over to evaluate whether or not this was a repair or a replacement for our Rheem tankless water heater. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, as I suspected, it was a replacement. Jeff the project called and we walked through our options and price with him. He was low pressure and very understanding. We decided after our research to schedule a replacement for Sunday morning. Les and Brandon arrived on time and were very nice and worked quickly. Overall it was a great experience and GREAT customer service! Les and Brandon were very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

"J. Mills Plumbing is very professional and responsive. They did excellent work installing my water heater in an emergency. I will use them for future plumbing work. Highly recommended."
