"Hani arrived on time & quickly diagnosed broken gears in my 12 year old Lift Master motor. He clearly explained my options to repair or replace the unit. He described the different price points & features that I could choose from as well as answered all my questions. I was impressed by his competence & care during the installation of the new opener. As promised, it was significantly quieter than my old unit. Hani also replaced both springs & garage door rollers with ease. He programmed the various remote controls & cleaned up to my satisfaction. Hani was very professional & competent. Overall, I was pleased with the result & would recommend Hani at ACE's Garage Door Repair without hesitation.

"Kirk from Reliable Gargage Door came and helped fix my garage door. He did an excellent job going through the process of unstuck the door to replacing the springs and recalibrate the opener. He went extra step in fixing/replacing the anchor of the retractor beam, which also broke. I would recommend Kirk and Reliable Gargage Door to everyone needs garage door services."

"They installed a garage opener for us and then forgot about the key pad installation. They installed the key pad, no problem, in like 15 minutes. Great job!!!!"

"Our garage door broke on a Friday; not the opener, but the actual door was warped and wouldn't close. It is very uncomfortable to have a gaping hole in the front of the house. They came out that day, clearly expressed what could be done quickly and what options we had if we wanted to wait. Every one we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable. By Sunday afternoon the new door was in place and looking great."

"Door broke at 7 called at 8 and a technician was at my home around 9. Worker -Amir was prompt , professional and friendly . Explained everything in plain simple English he was not pushy or tried to upsell me anything."

"My garage door got broken and I could not open it. I called several companies in hope that they can come over and fix it. When I called Elite garage door repair, the lady that answered the call was very nice and asked me if I can text her some pictures of the garage in hope that she will see what is the problem. After I texted her the pictures, She immediately noticed the problem and she was able to quote me with the price. She also gave me several options of prices due to the fact that the same part (springs) can be from different companies in which they all will last the same time.
The following morning, the repair man came over and he already had the parts ready to be installed. 2 hours later and after few adjustments, the garage was fixed and I was very happy with this type of service! This was a great experience and i will use them in the future for any garage problem.

"went well. My garage door was ~25 years old. The technician gave me a few options and in the end it seemed like replacing the garage door would be a better option. They gave me a great deal i couldn't refuse and i ended up changing the garage door to a brand new insulated one with an advanced controller that had all kinds of technical plus safety features. The replacement also happened within 2 days."

"David at Proline Garage Doors was great. I spoke to him about a garage door opener for my daughter, for her home in South San Jose, after finding Proline on Angie’s List. He gave me all of the information I needed over the phone – no unnecessary “consultation” etc. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, at my daughter’s convenience. My daughter really appreciated David’s text confirmations – of her appointment, of his arrival time, and even a text after the job was finished. David was courteous, professional and made sure my daughter had everything she needed once he finished the installation. She will definitely contact Proline when she is ready to replace her garage door, and will refer David and Proline to any friends or family looking for garage door service, repair or replacement."

"Excellent service! I called for garage door service as I couldn't open garage door and car inside. Precision company advertised same day service and they did not disappoint. James Walker called to set up appointment right away and arrived when he said he would! He was very knowledgeable and professional, replacing broken spring and loose bearings with very thorough explanation/review. Customer service is excellent and I highly recommend Precision Door Services!"

"Great service! Ben, the technician, arrived during the promised window, was friendly, courteous, professional, and efficient. He advised regarding options for service (lube & tune of existing system) vs motor replacement. Ben also advised that if I elected service vs replacement at this time and subsequently (within one year) replaced the motor, the cost for the lube & tune service would be credited toward the purchase price of a new motor. I'm very satisfied with the entire customer experience. Ben was excellent and I would highly recommend Local Garage Door Company."
