"It has now been 7 months since we hired C&C. It took them 5 months to create a plan and diagrams. We then proceeded, based on their direction, to get HOA and county approvals. We did not receive the approvals, they have started NO WORK, but refuse to return our $76K deposit that was my elderly parents only savings. We are now in legal suit with the builder. I would not recommend this builder as they make promises they can?t keep and are never responsive by email, phone or text. "

"We had a large stamped concrete patio built and the end result is quite good for the price. They didn't take long to finish and seemed to know what they were doing from start to finish. The stamped design looks close to real. I would recommend them and use them again. We are happy with the product and quality at the price we paid."

"I just worked with Apex Masonry LLC to have a permeable driveway installed. I can't speak highly enough about the job that James and his crew did for this project. James is super knowledgeable and makes sure that clients are informed of what their choices are and what options exist. James was able to provide me with several different options for having our driveway done. Fortunately, James was able to refer me to a community partner in Fredericksburg who had a special program for eco-friendly work. We did run into a small hiccup during the project. The company that makes the pavers for the project had discontinued the two colors that we had discussed. When James found out he personally took me out to the landscaping yard to look at options and make sure that we were happy with the new choices. I really appreciated how customer service orientated James was. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and patient. I would highly recommend Apex Masonry to anyone. "

"We could not be more pleased with the screen porch Tim O’Neill designed and his Northern Deckworks team, led by John, built. Both functional and beautiful, Tim’s design is perfect for us. We opted for the EZ Breeze window system and a gas fireplace. This will enable us to enjoy our porch nearly year-round. From the outset, Tim and John kept us updated on the status of our job, permits, when deliveries would occur, when the crew would be on site, etc. The crew was respectful of our property, and the job site was clean every day when they left. From the plans all the way through the final product, Tim insisted on quality – of materials and construction – and attention to detail. The result is very aesthetically pleasing. Everyone who’s seen the porch has commented on how it’s so much more than “just a porch.” Tim’s artistic design has become a wonderful reality. We look forward to enjoying our Northern Deckworks porch for many years."

"We gave this company multiple opportunities to perform based on their Angi’s ratings even after they did not treat our lawn properly and essentially a combination of grubs plus and excessive spraying of weed killer did massive damage to a lawn we had been looking after meticulously for more than a decade. We also tried to use them for yard work but they charged by the hour and they sent staff who were more focused on complaining about the job they were sent to do and talking on the phone than working on it. This is after waiting for almost a month for them to come. As a result the job took way more hours than needed and we ended up paying a fortune. Overall we had a terrible experience. We do not recommend this provider."
