"Our old liner was taken out and the prep work completed before new liner was installed was so thorough and perfect. We are very impressed and happy with Brighton Pools."

"Mike and team from Hawaiian Pool and Spa recently replaced my inground pool liner. They did a great job and stuck with the project until completed. I had some additional issues that pop up (failed pump and leaky light) which they also fixed. Would recommend and use them again."

"Bill is very knowledgeable in his field.  He does a great job every time.  We will call him back when it is time to open our pool back up."

"Happy with pool surface...mini-pebbles with glass beads. Weekly maintenance during pool season since 2016. Paul and his team are professional, courteous, caring, hardworking and kind. Paul even came over on Labor Day weekend when our pump was not working...now that is above and beyond! Paul really cares about his clients and their satisfaction. Prices are fair and comparable. The water is always crystal clear and thankfully no one has ever gotten sick from swimming in our pool. Thank you, Paul and VIP Crew!"

"Our pool was leaking badly and after a search on Angie's list Jaeson and his crew were able to fit is in for a leak test during the busy pre-memorial day season. They found that the leak was in the return pipes and Jaeson advised the job might be complicated, but he could come the following weekend to get it done, we were able to negotiate the price and agreed on $6250. We also needed the job to be done quickly as we are preparing the house to sell. He and his crew came that Saturday and got it done that day. They pulled the concrete up by the returns and found two were leaking. After finding the two broken pipes, they then re m-pressure tested the rest of the pipes to be sure there were no other issues. They then fixed the broken pipes, filled In the hole and repoured the necessary concrete. Jaeson and his crew were great, they kepped me informed and got the majority of the job done that day. Jason also came back the following Tuesday to reseal the backer rod and coping stone after the new concrete was dry completing the project. If we were staying we would switch to JA contracting for our other pool care needs."

"Installers Jason Davies and Kyle Warshaver were punctual, polite, and cleaned up when they were finished.

"Matt and his crew were on time, professional and on time. We first called a big name company that you may see on the back of a truck. Well that company quoted us $10,000-$15,000 for less work; at that point it was ONLY the furnace. I called Matt for a second opinion. Obviously, he quoted me for half the price of the back of the truck company WITH the water heater added in. Total work done: replaced furnace and outside unit, replaced water heater, installed water pump, installed 2 EcoBee thermostats. The big name company was ONLY doing the furnace and outside unit. We will call Matt for our future needs."

"This started with a $199 Angie's deal for rotten wood replacement.  After we signed up we sent Craftsmasters a series of photos to let them know what the project entailed.  Initially it appeared to us that the bulk of the damage could be repaired by extracting six screws from each of six damaged deck floor planks and replacing those planks with six planks supplied by us.  Or, it could be more extensive, perhaps significantly more.  We encouraged Robert (Hummel) that his company felt comfortable doing the job.  After weeks of delay, perhaps misunderstanding what the job entailed, Bob did come out and discussed a planned approach. What I definitely did not want was for someone to start but not finish.

The carpenter who started the job did replace the deck planks but seemed intimidated by other damage discovered, even suggesting that we consider significantly reducing the playset by removing a circular slide.

Skipping to the end--  Robert and his carpenter did some out and significantly rebuilt part of the playset with pressure-treated lumber (replacing significant rot-vulnerable-redwood).

Very nice ending and we're happy with what was accomplished -- especially since the local dealer for that line of playsets said he didn't recognize the playset and said something like, "if I didn't build it I won't repair it."  (btw, the manufacturer of these Rainbow playsets promises lifetime warranty--so beware)"
