"This company responded quickly to my request. Upon arrival, they let me know I had a broken spring, and thats why my door wouldn't open. Their price was fair to replace both springs so we moved forward with the work, which was completed the next day. They told me my opener is 15 years old but still runs well, so I had them price replacing it. The cost was very reasonable, so I will have them out next month to take care of that! "It was easy making an appointment. The office staff was helpful and I had a choice of days and times. Appointments are set for a 2-hour window and the technician called one-half hour before arriving.
Part of the work was covered by a local online coupon and part was a repair. The technician, David, was excellent. He was knowledgeable and competent at the job and was a pleasure to work with. I didn't know how he would solve the problem of the bracket, which was installed by another company. The replacement looks like it will last as longer than my house lol. The price charged was reasonable, and the work was done quickly and clean-up was perfect.
