"When American Jewel installed the door I gave them A grades as I thought they did an excellent job.  But after using the door for a few weeks I noticed the dead bolt didn't close completely, but only about 2/3, and also noticed the screen door was no longer aligned properly, so although it closed and looked right, the door was slightly off and it would no longer lock.  I called American Jewel and they scheduled the installer to return and make the minor corrections.  The installer did not show up.  When I called American Jewel again, they did not return my calls. I complained to Angie's List, and via their complaint resolution process American Jewel contacted me.  They were very apologetic and attributed it to a mix up, accepted responsibility and sent the installer to my home to make the minor corrections.  I would use American Jewel again, despite this hiccup, as my wife and I like the door they installed, feel we received excellent value, and ultimately American Jewel followed through on the minor problems I described and corrected them all."

The craftsmanship of the carpentry is excellent. I've even decided to use a clearcoat on the woodwork, instead of the usual white paint around the window. It looks amazing! My interior door is white on the inside, but those who see my house are welcomed by a beautiful country blue door on the outside, along with my new high quality storm door. The "Rain" design of the glass in the door is mesmerizing in the sunlight. As the most honest person some people might ever care to meet, you can trust me. Green Eco's products might seem a bit pricey compared to others you might contact, but the difference in the end result is well worth it. Yes, I have a monthly payment plan, buy this bill I can pay with a smile. The total cost of my happiness is about half of what I was quoted for only a "good" bow window within the last 15 years. "CM Contracting did a fantastic job on working with me on renovating my kitchen, and working with me in my design tastes. They did alot of custom work, which turned out wonderful. We did concrete countertops! New windows, and they also did new doors for me as well. Not only did they work with me on concept of the kitchen, but worked around a much needed doggy door, that they installed and went out of their way to make a built-in step to help them with the out side extra depth, now that is looking after your client and it's pets. "I hired Kenny based on a recommendation and after meeting him and getting his estimate I decided to go with him.  He was great to work with.  He started the job on a Sunday afternoon just to get some of the back splash started.  I don't know many people that would do that.  He was extremely clean and professional throughout the entire time.  I even trusted him enough to give him a key for the week so he could come and go as he needed while we were at work.  His  tile work is impeccable, everyone who comes in comments on how nice the floor and back splash are.  A couple of months after the kitchen was done I called Kenny to tile a small bathroom and install a new toilet and vanity.  Again he did a great job.
