"Experience with 3D Solar was great from start to finish. I did a lot of research and had financing lined up for the project before contacting 3D. I wanted a PV system large enough to produce enough power thru the year to offset completely or close to my entire power bill. The original company i was working with Vivint Solar wanted to charge 10k more for the same amount of Kw installed (10.44Kw). Ryan 3D sales/finance rep emailed me within 30 min of me requesting a quote. Within 3 weeks of initial contact my house was done. 3D exceeded my expectations and the entire team was great and professional, sales, financing, office staff, and the installation crew. I even had the owner of the company stop by the house while the crew was finishing up their install to check up on how things were going and to meet and talk with me about my experience. County inspections were done a day later and passed on first inspection. Now just waiting for duke to install a two way meter and reap the rewards of solar energy."

"The entire process went very well. I was kept abreast of every step leading to the installation of our solar panels and the actual - throwing the switch to be completely solar powered. Florida Solar Power Initiative in conjunction with Affordable Solar & Air were totally on top of getting us up and running. Everyone one I interacted with through this process was professional, very well informed and on top of the entire process. The only negative was the slowness of Lakeland Electric to replace our meter to a solar meter. It took them 2 months. We’re up and running and generating an awesome amount of electrical power. "Got the job done correctly. Also they were open and attentive to questions. Thought they were a bit inflexible with cost of project, initially quoting $1500 instead of $350 because chosen location for outlet was 10 feet instead of 5 feet from electric panel. I’m no expert but this seemed an unreasonable price difference for a few feet of cable. To resolve the issue I had them place the outlet closer to the panel."

"I have had them for 19 years. I have had a number of issues, primarily with my air conditioning systems. It can be really costly to repair, so I have kept my policy intact. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."
