"Needed to hook up my portable generator to the house. Mr Sparky was the first to call from angi so I asked for a quote. They came over very quickly and gave my wife and I a very good quote we thought. We didn't even get another, Slept on it, they called back the next day and we set set up a date. Mario showed up (very nice guy) . Said it would be a couple hours, and it was. They didn't need to turn off the whole house which was good and wired in a new electrical panel and plug on the outside. "I cannot say enough about our technician, Jordan, or the service of In Phase. We put our request into Angi and probably 1 minute later In Phase called. We have been wanting to upgrade our house to Ecobee since we purchased it two years ago. We thought we could do it ourselves, but our home had 3 zones, a two-wire boiler, and a newly added Central Air system. I had tried to hire other companies to do the job in the past, but very few companies were familiar with Ecobees. When In Phase called they were confident in the Ecobee system and were able to get us in the next day. Jordan showed up on time and was very personable and knowledgeable about the system. He had everything up and running in about 2.5 hours. This easily saved my husband and I a weekend of working on this, not to mention the fact that I didn't have to hear any cursing. (LOL!) "Called Lou Fennig in January about a broken pipe in heating system (It was temporarily patched). It was right before the polar vortex set in. He suggested we wait till it warmed up because he needed to shut off the boiler. When we hit a warm streak he called us and set up a time to come. He arrived on time and replaced the broken pipe. He tracked down all the bleeder valves that were hidden behind walls and dropped ceiling and replace old leaky ones. He drained the system and made sure it was in working order."
