We had an issue with not using material to cover hardwood floors and did get some small scratches. We did review this complaint and they did offer to send a flooring co to repair"

He took my husband down with him to look over what was wrong with our AC unit. He explained everything that needed to be done and what the cost was. After we agreed to the repairs he took care of our problem in no time. We will use his service again if need be. I recommend him highly. He is friendly, efficient and professional.
