"Decided to give MSD a call as I had another company over the house today to fix my AC and they were not able to repair it as they needed to order parts. Mehmet answered the phone and couldn't have been more professional/helpful. He spent 10 or so mins on the phone with me trying to understand the problem and give me advice. He unfortunately couldn't send some one out as he was super jammed with the current heat wave. I will not hesitate to call Mehmet again as he is a true professional and very knowledgeable."

"Luis is the man !! I opted for an urgent repair for the next 24-48hours at 9:45pm. I received a call from him 15 minutes later ready ready to come over and address the situation. I asked him if he could meet me the after work the next day between 1-3PM. He said I’ll be there. After speaking with him for a few minutes I can tell he was highly experienced and confident.
