After a bad installation, where coolant leaked multiple times, air in the gas line, defective pump, cracked condensation pipes , leaking rain in unsealed roof exhaust, gaps in newly installed ductwork. They told me to find someone else to service the system after I left a bad review."

He saw the repair as a quick job and offered to do it on the spot. Unfortunately, the replacement parts that I had purchased did not fit. Claudio offered to research what I needed and order it for me. He got back to me the next day and had found what I needed so I asked him to go ahead and order. He did, the parts came in a few days later. He called me to come back and install the parts and the entire job was completed within one week of my request. This is the best customer service I've ever received. I will definitely call him again."
