"We replaced wood windows with an almond color vinyl window and I cannot believe how much the windows improved the appearance of our home. The house looks newer and brighter. Several windows on our home had broken seals and after getting two estimates for window replacements from other companies, I was very confused and frustrated. Federal Windows was the 3rd company I called for an estimate and Garry was straight forward and honest with me and answered all my questions. The night before work was scheduled to begin, I realized I had not asked what I should do to get ready for the guys to start work the next morning. Heard from David Mills several times, but he never carried out what he said would be done, which is take care of the small section above the garage door, that it appears the wrong style of caulk was used and wont hold the paint. This results in gray splotches showing on the finish. "Limpus was excellent to work with. They have many years of experience. I visited the showroom and decided on my cabinets during the first visit. On the second visit, I chose Cambria quartz countertops. The installers came on time and I had my old cabinets emptied out and the hardware off when they came. They were efficient and quick and very careful with appliances that were in the kitchen. They finished in less than eight hours. I could not have been more pleased. Cambria quartz representative came the next business day and took laser measurements. I was without the kitchen sink and water in the kitchen until the countertops were installed. They returned in 3 weeks and installed the countertops with a sink already attached to the countertops. They did an excellent installation. Warren Flooring Corp. did the tile backsplash. Tile was purchased at The Tile Shop. The entire process could not have been better. I highly recommend Limpus Cabinet Sales Co. if you are in need of a kitchen update. "The workers that Dave sent were very friendly and considerate. When they unwrapped the old wood on the columns, they found that there were no posts inside. They had to go and get 6x6 posts and install those. Then they replaced the old wood with pvc materials (my choice) and added trim to the top and bottom of the columns. Then they painted them and they look exactly as I had envisioned - so pretty! They also installed a wrought iron handrail that I had ordered for the steps ."

"The whole project only took them about 3.5 days.  We fully trusted them with keys to our house.  They cleaned up after themselves every day.  John called me at the end of each work-day with an update on the project.  I really appreciated that information.  

I really liked John's philosophy when it comes to remodels.  He thinks that after the project is finished, it should look as if the house had always been this way.  He held true to that with our remodel.  We're glad we took pictures before the project because you can't imagine how it used to be when you look at it now.  

One of my favorite parts is the floor in the closet.  We had original hardwood floor in the original closet.  John thought he wouldn't be able to match that exactly, which we completely understood.  John took this upon himself as a challenge to try and match the wood as best as he could.  He knew the type of wood (I can't even remember), and bought sheets of that.  Then he cut strips to match the width of the ones already in the closet.  He basically installed a matching hardwood floor in our new closet.  It looks amazing.

Another one of my favorite parts is that John thought "outside the box" when it came to the new closet.  Other contractors we had quotes from said they couldn't do this or that, and they only considered putting in a shelf & a rod in the new closet.  John took it much further.  He envisioned a closet with a high shelf way up top, then a rod underneath that.  Then we had another shelf mid-height in the closet and then another rod.  And then he added a shoe rack the entire length of the closet.  He was able to take the electrical wiring from the half bath and put in a light in the closet as well.  It looks so great.  

Other contractors suggested leaving the window where the half bath was...but who wants a window inside their closet?  John was the only one who said he could remove the window AND match the vinyl outside.  He really knows his stuff.  

So obviously, we are more than pleased with John and his crew's work.  They did an amazing job.  The money spent on this remodel has not only improved the space for our usage, but it has definitely increased the value of our home."
