"My husband and I called around and searched online for someone to help us with our television needs.  We had three flat screen TV's that had been sitting on the floor and we wanted them mounted on the wall.  We were disappointed with previous people contacted until we found IMPEL Services.  Randy, the owner, was very professional and answered all of the many questions we had.  After we spoke with him, we felt confident that he was the man for the job!  Randy arrived in a timely fashion and patiently reviewed all of our electronic needs.  His overwhelming personality was outstanding!  He also did an excellent job with installation and clean-up.  He did exactly what we asked.  We definitely got our money's worth because the price was right.  My husband and I highly recommend IMPEL Services.  We are thinking of bringing him back to put together our sound system.

"This was my first ever TV mount installed and Jay did a excellent job installing it. I will definitely be using his services more"

"I had 11 ethernet lines run to various locations at my house. Charlie's team did an excellent job. This was a fairly big job that took the two techs two days to complete. The techs provided their recommendations on how to run the wires with very minimal damage to dry wall. I plan on using them again in a couple years when I decide to have surround sound speaker cables professionally installed in the main movie room."

"Customer Service: Navneet Gill responded to our request promptly, very courteous, explaining to us what he was doing as he was troubleshooting the issues with the home theater equipment, Quality of service:Very knowledgeable, was able to fix the problem quickly and modify all setting to maximize system performance. Will definitively use this company again."

"I had the pleasure of hiring Tech Control Solutions to mount my TVs in both my bedroom and living room, and I couldn't be happier with their services. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Their team was not only highly professional but also extremely skilled in their work. They ensured that the TV placement was perfect, and the cables were neatly concealed. The end result is a seamless and clutter-free setup that has transformed the look of my rooms. I highly recommend Tech Control Solutions for their top-notch service and expertise in home entertainment installations."

"Clean and thorough. Enjoy the look of my home theater system and the speed and efficiency of the install."

"Installation went very well. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Problem was when I received my cc bill. I was billed the $129 Angie's List fee which was to include TV wall mount (mount not include), connect all necessary video and basic audio, neatly dress wires, configure peripheral devices, and conceal in-wall wires. And I was billed $140.49 from HELLOTECH. I'm still trying to get the $140.49 charge reversed."

"This is the second time I have used this company, and I highly recommend them for at-home, thorough service. Gary, the technician (coincidentally for both times), is professional, knowledgeable, and not only solved my problem but tested to assure that it was fixed, explained the issue to me, and gave additional insight into my set up as well.

"Home audio installation with 2-way keypads in six rooms feeding into a component closet. Tekhnes prices on the audio equipment were very competitive and Omar was responsive to questions. Contractor hired by Tekhne to do the wiring was more familiar with commercial installations than residential ones, resutiing in 40+ holes in our home, requiring significant patching and painting, performed by a separate contractor. Notwithstanding some anxious moments and coordination glitches, we are happy with our system, which came in slightly higher than budget. Tekhne is a good alternative to to pricier and more established home audio installers."

"Jay did an excellent job installing our TV. We were very pleased with his work and professionalism, and we look forward to working with him on future home projects."
