He explained that while they offer excellent warranty I am better off with an older model if I don't have any problems. While I decided I will keep my water heater until it shows a problem I will definitely call Water Heater Now when I need a new water heater."

"After various and outrageous quotes from local plumbing companies, I hired Yuriy and his crew to install a new Rinnai tankless water heating system at hour house. The project included the install of the new unit at a different location in the basement and the conversion/hookup to the main natural gas pipe which was feeding our furnace. We previously had an electric water heating tank system that lasted 23 years. The removal of the old tank was included as well. He also did about 12 feet of old galvanized pipe replacement with copper piping and various shut off valves, wall anchors and a hookup to an existing humidifier.
