When I was skeptical regarding his guess about the source, he and his assistant dug up the yard a bit to confirm the source was not underground. (Tony was right all along--it wasn't.) He also looked at our water heater (which they do routinely, apparently) and saw that our expansion tank was not functioning. He explained why this mattered, why it likely wasn't working (age), and replaced it."

"We used them several times from 2006 to about a year ago. the problem was that they were inconsistent. the first guy was knowledgable and helpful and found the problem, but it turned out there was more than one problem, so the tub was still leaking. The second guy was useless and just shrugged. I called and spoke to the owner and he was helpful and responsive and sent out a third guy who was very helpful and went out of his way to find the problem and fix the leak. flash forward a few years, same tub is leaking again.  the guy they send (4th) just shrugs and doesn't even try to find the problem. I had to do his work for him and make it leak. then they wanted to charge me 100 dollars just to calk the fixtures. I said no thanks and caulked them myself. I decided at that point they'd had a few chances and I wouldn't use them again. I never know if I'll get a knowledgeable guy or not.

Need additional adjustments on work performed...leaks with shower head and adjustments needed to free standing bath tub faucet."
