I was a new customer and spoke to Andrew in the office and he was very professional and walked me through the process of what the technician would do when he arrived. On the day of service, the technician explained everything that he was doing to repair my system. He was very nice and courteous. The company was so accommodating, I made sure to use them to winterize my system as well and will be using them in the future. I highly recommend The Sprinkler Company."

"The service for the big deal from Pennygreen for 149 for lawn aeration was real good. Everything was fine. They showed up on time. They did the job. It looked good. There were no additional costs. They charged exactly what they said they would charge you. The pricing is definitely an 'A' because I have another landscaping service that I have been using for other things but their price for aeration was way too high. They just recently quoted me again and knocked like 90 dollars off and they are still way too high. I know that it was a special and maybe not the ongoing rate but either way it was very good."

Initially, Mr. Jonick, who was polite throughout, seemed to have forgotten that I had purchased a "deal," and quoted me a price that was much higher. However, when he realized I had already paid tor the work, he agreed to uphold his end of the the bargain but added that it might take longer. I agreed to pay for 1 hour extra. The "deal" included removal of debris, but when Mr. Jonick said that was a problem for him, I agreed to furnish containers and have a family member empty the containers at a recycling center. Mr. Jonick's other work kept him busy past the planned time of his arrival but he phoned to tell me, and the work was rescheduled for the next day. Unfortunately, that was a day I had scheduled other activities. I could be there when arrived, but it was uncertain when I would be back. The work was done by 1 man using a weed whacker and a shovel. He worked past 4 hours. I arrived home when they were leaving. It seemed appropriate to pay for 1 extra hour."
