"Gregg came to my home, left me smples took measurements of everything i wanted done. He sent me a detailed list of costs so i could make decisions on what what i wanted done. he found a good vapor barrier and told me how or what i could do to lower the installation. All said and done i wasnt sure about the cost so i called and asked if there was anyway he could get me the carpet i wanted and install it for what i could afford. he assured me it could be done and now i have beautiful new carpet. The insallers that laid the carpet were not only on time but early, were very quick, efficient and did a great job. they took the time to explain some things that they had to do due to the flooring being very old. Over all the company did a great job, and allowed me to keep the samples until i had made a decision and had the carpet installed."

"Our front door had been damaged by an attempted break-in for years and was getting progressively worse. We were pretty much unable to open it some days last winter. The salesperson that came out was friendly and well-informed. He went through all of our options and we decided on both a new front door and a new sliding glass door to the patio. The front door had many options that we went through which included the style of the door, the inside and outside colors and the style of the windows on either side of the door. He provided us with a quote which we accepted and he gave us what turned out to be a very accurate timeframe of when the doors would be installed. As we waited for the doors to be installed, Bee Window kept us apprised of where we were in the process and we worked out a couple areas in which there were questions. Installation day was scheduled and the installers arrived on time. It took a few hours for both doors to be installed. Before leaving, the installer guided me through opening and locking both doors and answered any questions that I had. They did a great job cleaning up the mess, both inside and outside of the house. The only negative I had with the entire process is that I felt that the price was a bit high. But after having the doors, and especially the new front door, I am more satisfied with this purchase than any other home improvement purchase I have made over the past 20+ years. The door is fantastic -- it closes properly and keeps the sound out and has zero gaps and looks absolutely beautiful."

"Both men were pleasant and jobs requested were accomplished. I Would prefer that the 2 individuals who came to our home to provide these services not return in the future. Both men appeared rather unkempt, even dirty. We were their first job of the day, so being dirty due to an earlier job that day was not an excuse.One of them had such a severe chest cough that he probably should have stayed home. I was always concerned about the germs or respiratory infections he might well have released into the atmosphere of our home. General rule: If you are sick, get into a hot bath and STAY HOME!"

"I was given access to a website where I could upload picture of the room I am decorating and pictures of furniture I planned to use. I could also upload photos of things that inspire me to show the styles and colors I like or dislike. They also use your Pinterest and Houzz.com 'likes' to get ideas. A completed package of ideas for everything from area rugs and furniture to accessories are then posted into your profile on their website. It's a one time posting. If you want additional help or want to make changes, an upgrade to the $99 package is required.
The decorator I worked with was friendly and professional. This is a great idea in concept, but I think it would be better to have someone come to the house. I have not used any of the suggestions in my package, but it was worth $25 to try it out.
