Job was not easy due to the new RG6 cable was required to be installed in the flat roof area of the home which is a very confined space to maneuver. Arrived on time as promised, but unfortunately the cable used was not adequate to transmit the new Spectrum digital signal and the following day I had to have the newly installed cable (which was a copper cladded RG6 cable) replaced by a steel cladded RG6 cable in order to receive the Spectrum signal. I attempted to alert the electrician that due to the recent change of Spectrum from an analog signal to a digital signal on April 17th 2018 that he needed to use a higher quality RG6 cable or he would continue to have unsatisfied customers. Electrician has failed to return my call which is unfortunate for him as I think his work was excellent, but his future cable installation jobs may be rated less than excellent if the quality of cable used is not resolved."
