"The damaged material was removed and blowers with a humidifier was set up for three days.  After this they came in and installed new laminate floors, sheet rock, and tile floors.  The walls were painted, trim was painted and then they rebuilt the tile shower.  It was a long process but the work was excellent.  The men were very professional and Mr. Chimely stopped in to check on the work they were doing.  He was very helpful with filing a claim with our homeowners insurance.  He was able to get the insurance to pay for everything except our deductible.  This alone was a very large job!  As the work was being done the workers cleaned up after themselves.  Nothing had to be done on our part.  I would highly recommend this company."

"Mr. Riley was very fair with us with the costs. He is very knowledgeable about fire and water damage, repairs, and restorations to homes. He makes good, sound suggestions as well. Most of his workers are good at what they do. Some are even exceptional. His employees are not prompt though, and his office does not inform you when the workers aren't coming or are running late for some reason. Overall, we are happy with the final results. It did take quite a long time as repairs usually do. <br />"
