"Excellent communication and follow up. I will not hesitate to call them on a future window, glass or mirror need."

"Had a huge glass lookout window replaced. Their quote was very reasonable. Jimmy was a but hard to reach on his phone. But overall, he did a fine job in replacing the glass safely. I would highly recommend them for glass repair or replacement jobs."

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."

"The repair was terrific and professional. Excellent customer service. Justin kept me updated on my window order and completed the job promptly."

"I contacted Jimmy about my small jobs-hanging mirrors, installing a new faucet and sprayer in the kitchen sink, and installing an led light under the kitchen cabinet. He came out the next day and finshed everything within the time quoted. He and his assistant were both friendly, professional, and did a great job. I will definitely call J&S again."

"First technician failed to repair, was not sufficiently experienced or persistent to repair my window blinds. Second technician was more willing to keep trying and dug in to the problem . He was 95% successful, and I was pleased with the repair."

"They did a great job. We had issues come up. There were mold baseboard that need to be re-mediated and painted first so they have to come back and attach the baseboard. They finished their job. They've handled it very nicely."
