"The initial consultation over the phone, and in person, was very professional. During the estimate, everything was explained properly and concise. The workers arrived on time AND followed the instruction to 'Call first' so that we could put our pups in the yard. They had Been informed of EXACTLY what had to be done and needed little explanation from us. They brought ALL of their tools and materials in to begin and made very few trips back out to their truck. The job was complete within the time frame that was alloted and done just the way we wanted. The lead man even took the time to answer questions, give advice, and help with a couple of things that were not on the estimate. "I phoned Professional Plumb and Ernie (owner) answered. I described the situation and he said he could replace it same day. This was about 2:30 in the afternoon.  He came over within the hour with a new water heater and had it replaced in a matter of an hour and a half.  The water heater was in a tight spot between the air handler and a work bench. He did have to cut out the condensate drain piping on the air handler to remove and replace the water heater.  But he replaced/re-plumbed the condensate drain line at no charge. Excellent service and we thank Ernie very much."

"There were a few hiccups that resulted in leaks in the house. A lack of communication we never knew when someone was coming to work on the roof or not and phone calls went unanswered. Jaime was great with communication and he hand delivered needed material but I guess he is gone and that’s a shame because he was a great guy and kept his promises. In the end all of the leaks are gone and they sent in a guy to repair the damaged interior areas and he was fantastic. I know some of the things that happened were beyond their control but 5 weeks to complete the job with the roof leaking was crazy and caused stress. As stated they took care of the damage inside of the house. Thank you Total Home Roofing for all of your hard work it is appreciated."
