"I've had my Mitsubishi mini split system for almost five years, I'd never had them serviced or cleaned, and to be honest, I don't clean the filters as often as I should, so I knew I needed some serious work. Travis gave me a fair estimate in June. He came back when I was ready in October and honored the estimate. He did a great job and he was respectful and professional. Just a nice guy. Gen3 is expensive, but they came in cheaper than the other company I got an estimate from, and the scope of work that Travis outlined seemed fairer than the other company's. I trust them. The team in the office, including Nicole, is also great - no long hold times. They're responsive and professional."

"I have been going to WPSC during the past 1.5 year. One concern I had when I moved to the area was finding a trust worthy service center. I have tried a few, but WPSC has been the most reliable, trustworthy shop in the area.
