"25 April 2025: Mr. Brent Stephenson and his crew, Chase inspected the items we requested to be repaired. Brent estimated the repair cost at $750 and would need 1 to 2 days to complete. He specifically requested Cash payment. I agreed to his terms but I requested an itemized bill to show the work performed and cost. He agreed. 26 April 2025: Chase came the next day to start the work. Noticed right away that Chase seem to be forgetful since he had to go back and forth to retrieve the tools he needed. Although, he seemed to know what he was doing. However, he had to stop work about three times to go to the Home Depot store to purchase materials for the repair, resulting in delay. He started at 0830 and left the work site at 1945. Work was not completed, however. Chase told us he had to go back in the morning to complete the work. He didn't return the next day. Substandard work and unprofessional behavior. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!"

Reduce your dependency on the main energy grid and start saving money monthly! Solar panels are usually known to produce more energy than your property needs, and the remaining electricity won’t go to waste! It goes back to the grid, and you can even sell the extra power through a process called net metering. Arizona is famous for its sunny days, and that is the top reason to go solar! Take advantage of the natural resources and trust professionals to do the job.
"Tim installed a very complicated solar system including a structure for the solar panels since I have a flat roof house (I'd post a pic if I could). In addition to building the structure, he installed 55 panels and 3 large (approx 10 kwh) batteries. Out biggest issue on this project was dealing with the county over a variety of mostly silly issues only 1 of which was actually an issue the rest the county was wrong. As we have fine-tuned the system Tim has been super responsive and the results for the first month in full service were outstanding as I used $5 worth of electricity in June (in Phoenix AZ) whereas the previous 2 years I averaged about $500 plus I am charging my electric vehicle off my solar system as well. I expect my July utility bill to be somewhere around $50 and this has been the hottest July on record in Phoenix this year. I would hire him again in a heartbeat."

Pressure-treated wood decks typically last between 15 and 25 years with proper maintenance. Factors influencing longevity include local weather conditions, maintenance frequency, wood quality, and usage patterns. Regular sealing provides critical moisture protection, while prompt repairs prevent small issues from causing structural problems. Without proper care, even quality pressure-treated lumber may deteriorate significantly faster.
Most localities require building permits for deck construction, particularly for structures attached to your home or elevated above a certain height. Permit requirements vary significantly between jurisdictions, with costs typically ranging from $50 to $250. Skipping required permits may result in fines, forced removal, or complications when selling your property. Always check with your local building department before beginning construction.
While deck construction occurs year-round in many regions, late spring through early fall typically offers optimal building conditions. However, scheduling during off-peak seasons (late fall or winter) often secures better contractor availability and potentially lower rates. Weather considerations include avoiding periods of excessive rain or freezing temperatures that could complicate concrete work or wood installation.
Newly installed pressure-treated lumber requires a drying period before accepting stain or sealer properly. This waiting period typically ranges from four weeks to three months depending on your climate and the wood's initial moisture content. Testing readiness by sprinkling water on the surface helps determine when the wood will accept treatment—if water beads up, continue waiting; if it absorbs quickly, the deck is ready for staining.
