"Everyone at Honest Appliance Service & Repair is outstanding! It's family owned and operated, which means they have great customer service and they guarantee their work. I called because my dryer stopped working and Anthony, the owner, was very knowledgeable about my situation and was happy to speak to me at length sharing his wisdom and experience. Before booking the appointment, I asked him (not holding him to any firm quote of course) about how much people usually spend to fix their dryer. He quoted me a price that was above average for what others paid, according to HomeAdvisor, but I figured out the reason why. Anthony wasn't just quoting me a cheap price to get my service. He was honest about the fact that when he ran his diagnostic test, it was common for more than one part to need replacing. He also shared that a lot of people decide they want to replace a part that may not be necessary broken at that moment but that would need to be replaced down the road. Instead of having to call for service again, they choose to replace the part at that time. It was clear that Anthony is really about serving his customers well, and treats each person as if they were a member of his own family. I was also able to speak to Jeremy, Anthony's son, who is a service tech. Jeremy was happy to speak to me at length about my dryer also, and had the same spirit of excellent customer service.
