"I recently had an issue with my water heater diagnosed by my kids complaining of cold water! I called Bluefrog Plumbing and Drain of Gilbert. They were over within 1 hour and did a thorough inspection of the tank. They quickly diagnosed the issue and with just a $25 part, we had hot water. They could have easily said we needed new elements or even a new tank - but the did not. The were honest, prompt, clean, nice and easy to deal with. "I called on Tuesday for water leak in my front courtyard. I got a call that evening and they were very responsive and concerned. they were going to send someone that evening I told her next day would be fine. Kevin arrive early morning to check out the leak it was a bursted landscaping water line. was relived it wasn't the main water line. he stated they don't usually repair these water lines but the ask if there was hardware store where he could get the parts he needed. the pipe was replaced and problem fixed. Kevin was excellent knew what needed to be done even though it was out of the norm. I will definitely call ready for any plumbing issues."

However, after bringing up these issues, they promptly moved the heater into a better location providing proper clearances and replaced the corroded parts."
