"Had a bathroom. Done with this company charged me 28000.00 not satisfied at all with this company they installed a vanity right next to my toliet. Reached out to the company and said we are not changing. Usually when you do a bathroom remodel and spend this much money and they don't put a exhaust fan in. Or leave the old rusty ceiling tile tracks in place. This is unacceptable and yes they do make smaller vanity. I tried speaking to management but they flat out said the vanity is staying. I will be taking this complaint to the bbb bureau next and also the attorney general. Taking advantage of a 81 year old is not professional."

Three hours of high-pressure sales tactics in my own home, even after I repeatedly stated I needed to discuss it with my husband. After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

"The cold water faucet on our whirlpool bath would not turn on or off. Fernando came out, introduced himself to us, assessed the problem, and fixed it perfectly. He is a truly excellent plumber. Knew exactly what to do, did it in no time. He has a warm and outgoing personality. Most importantly, he fixed the faucet! I can turn it on and off with ease!!! Thank you Fernando. "One word! PHENOMENAL!! From coming in to look at the project, to estimate, to finalizing, answering all my annoying questions, keeping me well informed, all the way to helping me choose the material and order it all, the entire process was very smooth and streamlined. Michael, Andrei, and Mr. Lorenzo have amazing team of people working for them. They always showed up on time and did an absolutely wonderful job in updating my bathroom. John, Sean and all others who worked on the project were incredibly honest, hard working, professional, friendly, and credible. Got to meet some amazing people from all over the world. Dilmurod and his friend helped carry the 400lbs vanity up the narrow staircase with incredible agility and safety. The new bathroom has a spa feel to it, beautiful navy blue vanity with gold accents and the shower is exactly what I had in mind. The best part is, everything was done within 12 days!!! I can never thank Michael and his entire team enough for taking on this project despite being so far away from them. I’ll def reach out to them again for kitchen updates and much more!
