Very helpful attitudes.  Clean and polite.  Cleaned up after themselves.  I am very happy with the work that was done.  And the faucets look great, my garbage disposal works, and the pipes drain!  I call it a win all the way around!  He also gave me information about a preventative that is available so my pipes won't clog or get yucky stuff in them and won't damage the pipes themselves.  The preventative is also people and pet friendly, so I won't be afraid to use it - like I am to use some of the brand name stuff.
