Old siding removed and new siding installed in three days, working from 7:30 a.m. till dark. The crew cleaned up after themselves every day so my property didn't look like a construction zone overnight. The entire crew was well trained, professional and hard working. No time was wasted. Everything done was to code. They are licensed and fully insured. I know because I asked for a copy of their license and insurance information. They showed me the evidence without hesitation. They worked with the city to pull a permit, worked with my homeowners association to make sure they were not violating any rules and worked with my insurance company (wind damage to my house) to make sure everything was covered. They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"I'll start by confessing that I'm a residential contractor myself so I'm somewhat of a discriminating (picky) buyer. Knowing nothing about siding though, it wasn't easy finding a company willing to partially re-side our house... most contractors were only interested in re-siding the entire home. After learning this, we went thru multiple "siding repair" contractors who simply struck me as unprofessional, so I kept looking. Koalaty responded timely and responsibly, and I am happy to report they did so every step of the way. We found them to be more flexible than their competitors and they were able to accommodate all my requests. We were so pleased with their 'can do' attitude and the final work results that we recommended them to our neighbors, who also had a very positive experience when Koalaty did a project for them."

Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."
