"Our deck is in severe shape. Cody is assured us we will get work done before winter so far we?ve paid >1/3 into the project &when we wanted to cancel, his boss said we would forfeit 33%. Our retirement. Being after three days of signing the contract with not 1 day sacrificed by the company we?ve caugt them in 7 ?lies/misinformations? so far. Our anxiety level is increasing as we see the concrete that will need to be poured in the winter time will be worthless making all the foundation of the deck Worthless at first we were told four days work, but then they said because of permits that it may take 2-3 weeks because of permits. They should?ve told us that in the beginning as we have mobility issues to get to our cars which will have to be moved off of property. The timing can?t be helped, but honesty can- if you?re faithful in small things, you?ll be faithful inlarge things we have to go through with the job because we can?t afford 33% of $24000. Trust is broken. Still waiting."

"My wife and I were moving into a bigger house, and my mother, who is in a wheelchair, was also going to live with us. We found the perfect house, but the bathroom was not accessible with a wheelchair, and was not attached to a bedroom. So we got 3 quotes to have the bathroom remodeled for ADA compliant (lower sink, hand/safety rails in the correct spots, raised toilet, etc). We went with Paul from Bath and Kitchen Experts. We told him what we needed, and he planned the entire project from concept to completion, and we can't say enough about the work he did. He not only relocated doorways and created walls where there were none before, but he also thought about the details, such as widening existing doorways to allow for a wheelchair. They finished up right before we hosted Thanksgiving last year. Our family not only loved the new house, but everyone could not get over how beautiful the bathroom remodel turned out. After the project was completed, and my mother moved in, he stopped by to make sure that everything was the way she needed. A few months later, the snow melted and we had alot of rain in a short time. It turns out we had water coming into our basement. I called Paul for suggestions, and he helped us out with that problem also, on his own time. A few months after we moved in to the new house, we found problems with the downstairs bathroom. The tile was loose, and the grout was coming up in the shower. From the work they did in my mother's bathroom, I was not even going to call anyone else besides Paul. I can't say enough about the entire experience. My wife asked to meet everyone before she let them in our home. The guys from Bath and Kitchen Experts are polite and very friendly. They keep the work area clean, and Paul is onsite every other day to check on the progress. Unless you know or have tradesman or a general contractor in the family, it can be very difficult to find a remodeling company you can trust. If you need work done, please do yourself a favor, and get a quote from Paul. He may not be the cheapest company in the area, but you will get what you pay for, and you will be blown away by the end result. I am more than happy to give him a reference. In a year or two when we redo the kitchen, the only company that will do the work will be Bath and Kitchen Experts."
