"Responsiveness was good. The work was good. I gave four stars instead of five stars for the following reason. After the replacing the pipe to my house, the water was turned on for us while we waited for the city inspection. Which was nice. However, as I was leaving for work the next morning, a water geyser was shooting up from the work area. I grabbed a wrench, used a screw driver to remove the water meter cover, and searched for the shut-off valve with water up to my elbows and shoes and pants getting soaked. I got the valve shut off. The water kept coming. That didn't make sense to me until the geyser stopped all of a sudden. It was coming from the neighbors sprinkler head, which was missing, which was right in the tug-out trench. I asked the plumber later if they had knocked the sprinkler head off as they were digging the trench and he said no, that it was already missing a head as they had came across it. Well that would have been nice to know. I could have told the neighbor not to run their sprinkler. I could have gone to work with dry shoes. I will give Plumber Near Me Kudo's - they did put their own sprinkler head on the neighbors pipe, which was nice."

"Larry and Paul were prompt and from the offset the work was good. Problem with the toilet leaking but it was resolved after 4 attempts no fault of there's just took fresh eyes - another technician - Kelly/Tyler with the same company. I would give the company more stars however, they did the old bate and swtich., The email from Tri-Sate listed a few items which the company did not address and after 3 months of asking for the invoice and apologies from Larry that the informaiton was miscommunicated in the email, I got the short end of the stick, paying for services that were not rendered with an invocie 3 months later conveying what was done. I spent 3 months of telephone calls and apologies from them wher another plumber came out and replace the bathtub sink drain that was suppose to be done by Tri-State and charged me $300. the shower drain was not done and I still have a cast iron vent pipe which takes a while for the smell to dissipate. I paid for all the tiems to get done based upon the quote I was provided and the emails and what i got was the short end of the stick with thd bate and switch tactics!!! They give you a blank screen to sign so, be careful that you check out everything on the email is done and don't go signing any blank screens!!!"

We were provided with a brief explanation up front of the process and a link to a video to watch as well. We had contact information for all of our questions, and they were answered promptly. Very courteous team of hard working guys came out. They were patient and friendly, explained the process as they went through the steps, answered all our questions along the way. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
