However, I only had to to pay out the agreed upon service fee and the well trained technician did an excellent job! The only reason this is not five stars is because they're quoted prices for refrigerant and other possible repairs were very high."

We reviewed and he explained in detail why we had to modify the configuration of the unit, what the unit required to replace, costing, and when it could be completed. When Ken left we had a thorough and complete understanding of what our unit required to keep my family cool on these hot summer days. We received follow up calls asking if we had any questions with our price quote, if questions about the Company, technicians, warranty and the type of unit. No pressure to make a decision on repair /purchasing the unit from their Company. Very professional. Prior to the Air Serv installers/technicians showing up the Company called as well as sent an email to detailing the time and who the Company would be sending out to replace our unit. "Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
