"Robert La Spina was amazing. His attention to detail was astonishing and his committment to our satisfaction was very much appreciated. I initially wanted just drywall and painting in a downstairs man cave/living room that I had ripped apart to raise the ceiling about 20 inches. What we also really wanted was to remove/replace a wall to expand the living room with a 10' x 14' section of the oversized garage, but I was reluctant because of cost. In the end, we got complete (and double) insulation all around; a new wall expanding the living room with 140 sq ft; complete new grounded electrical; new ceiling with crown molding; a new furnace vent for the upstairs (through hardwood flooring); two new doors; a new window; and carpeting.
