In November, I called on a Sunday morning and they came out a few hours later to replace the plumbing under the kitchen sink. Jim and Steve were courteous and quickly completed the jobs. Jim came back in from talking to Scott and told me $0 for today. Very unexpected, and hesitate to put this piece out there at the risk that Scott will no charge everyone. Of course, when I get the new faucets, I will definitely use them to install. He tried he best to find a way to get the sink fixed that day without needing to replace anything. Unfortunately the sink is done. He was able to get a technician available right away for tomorrow to start the process of replacement. Very pleased with how this was handled."
