He said it might be condensation from the upper unit AC, and the cat might be knocking the drainage pipe off causing the leakage. Instead of charging money to cut the ceiling open, he advised us to monitor the situation and call him if it happens again. We really appreciate him being honest & considerate, and not ripping off money like some people will do. Even though I hope it will not happen again, I will definitely call Jim and Rob if it does.
