"Perfect. I know this because I had a different company come out, say they would install 7-10, after 11th day started getting run around, 20th day I called this company. They came same day, installed within 4 days, submitted my rebate from Duke for me, comes with excellent warranty and they offer a service plan cheap enough I can afford. Single woman who cant tolerate heat along with aging dogs, they put my needs in first. Very happy. Will have them back to install hot water heater! I didn't like that they added $500 to billing to get me the 0% for 5 yrs payment plan but it is what it is in this day."

I had an unexpected water heater emergency over the weekend, and Master Plumber Mike Calkins, was responsive, thorough in diagnosing the issue, and prompt in scheduling service. He completed the installation the very next day with exceptional workmanship. He was professional, patient in answering my many questions, and he did not try to up sell unnecessary services or products. His pricing was reasonable and he cleaned up the area thoroughly after the service was completed. I would absolutely hire him again and I wholeheartedly recommend him without reservation. If you have water heater or any plumbing needs, consider Modern Plumbing of the Triangle - you will not be disappointed!"

"Nothing in my home was draining, so I called quality service today out, they sent out a technician who after further investigation determined that my septic tank was full, he was able to schedule me to get my tank pumped same day, Jeremy came out and did a thorough assessment of my septic system, offered me multiple options on different levels of cleaning and maintenance and has even set me up to have all the buried lines inspected via camera at no extra charge, these guys are the best, same day service by people you enjoy having in your home."
