The backyard presented an even larger challenge, with an overgrown garden neglected for over four years and two large fig trees requiring attention. The team at Parkyn Landscaping tackled these issues with expertise and professionalism. They started by removing the smaller, unhealthy fig tree and clearing out all debris. They then filled in the lawn with fresh soil, adjusted the grading for better drainage, and meticulously planted new grass seeds, ensuring to cover them with straw and providing us with detailed watering instructions for optimal growth. Along the side of our house, they planted small boxwood shrubs that promise to enhance our yard's aesthetic once they mature. On the scheduled day, Parkyn Landscaping's crew arrived promptly at 7:30 am, ready to work. "I contacted Robert S. to discuss a water leak from our master bath through our kitchen ceiling, which we have been dealing with for about 3 years in our 5 year old new construction home. He patiently listened to the history of this leak issue and how we have had the shower caulked multiple times and the caulk continually cracks. We were resigned to the idea that we would need to tear out our entire shower to fix this. Robert was at our house with his plumber within days, diagnosed the issue which did not entail ripping out the shower. We will be replacing our shower doors which were improperly installed by the builder and Robert will be repairing our water damaged ceiling. Robert and his team are reputable and honest contractors and we highly recommend them for any home repairs or home improvement projects.
